Hey I'm getting rid of my 1st gen touch, because I got a second gen. Any hoo it's in excellent condition with everything included, I don't even open the headphones and cables. It has been in a case since day 1, and the case is included (belkin skin). There are some marks from the case on the back which will come off with some elbow grease- which I have little elbow grease myself
It has 2.1 software and some good games which I will leave on it, with some music and weeds episodes, so delete what you want.
