Arrow f/s 17" macbook pro & 1g 2gb black ipod nano

hey everyone,

what i'm selling

It's the Core duo model @ 2.16, NOT the Core2Duo model.
17" screen @ 1680x1050 native res
256 mb x1600
120gb 5400rpm sata
1gb 667mhz ram
backlit keyboard
iSight
3 usb, 1 firewire 400, 1 firewire 800
magsafe power adapter
dvi-vga connector
all original manuals, packaging, and components (incl. apple remote)

Now there is one caveat to the machine. There is a slight blemish on the lcd in the upper left side. It's only noticeable when there is white beneath it, and it looks like a very faint smudge mark, except you can't get rid of it by wiping it. It happened recently, and its more of a nusance than anything. No performance is impaired, and you cant see it while playing games or watching dvds. You can only see it when the computer starts up, and like i mentioned, when there is white beneath it.

That being said, here is my offer. I will send it in to get the screen replaced next week (when i'm done with papers and whatnot - finals week and all). Or, if you are willing to do the whole replacement thing yourself ( I have applecare on it) I will sell it this week at a reduced price - say 5% off (but i'm flexible) and it will be shipped on monday, December 4th, at the earliest, of whenever I see the money in my bank account. If you want the screen replaced, I will try and ship it by the end of that week.

Given that this machine has only been used since July, and is in mint condition (just put a new keyboard on it - it was my own fault by causing a key to pop off, nothing with the machine itself), I'm starting with an asking price of $2500 + shipping.

I ship CONUS via DHL only because they provide insurance, tracking, and signature confirmation.
Now, if you want the computer immediately before I send it in, i'll give it to you for $2375 + shipping. Shipipng should be about $40.

What this includes is the computer, all original equipment that came with it, and applecare for 3 years. A helluva deal if you ask me.

There is also a second offer. If you are willing to wait a week and some change, I'll send it out to you with new screen for $2500. As a token of appreciation for waiting, I'll put in another 1 gig stick of 667 ram for no extra cost, bringing it up to 2gb of ram, which let me tell you, makes this thing significantly faster. Call of Duty 2 on here simply blazes.

I also have a small bunch of accessories.
A wireless mighty mouse - $60
Windows XP Home w/ SP2 and key (bought it off newegg) - $70
Call of Duty 2 (full game w/ cd key and manual - bought from Mac store over the summer) - $40
Gigaram 1GB 667 PC-5300 RAM (1 DIMM) - $70.

my ipod:
Black, 2gb, 1st gen iPod nano. No applecare, but I bought it in August. I'm including a belkin soft skin leather case with cloth lining which the ipod has been in since day 1. no scuffs or scratches on the black or the chrome. Just some typical wear on the click wheel. The screen has been covered in a protective film since I opened it. I'm asking $120 incl shipping. I have a universal dock which I will throw in for another $10.

I'll sell them all together for $200 on top of the price for the computer. I will only sell these seperately once the computer has been sold, not before. All can be bought together for $200, or seperately at the indicated prices.

I am interested in cash only. No trades - sorry. The cash is much more important to me right now. Thanks for taking a look, and if you want, make me an offer (a serious one). I'll see what I can work out, because I would like to sell this soon.

I also want to mention one more thing. Any sale on any of the aforementioned items is final. I'll be glad to help you out with any problems that may occur down the line (with the mbp, there's applecare), but once I recieve the money, and once you recieve the merchandise, thats it. Just putting it out there.

Thanks!

it would be fantastic to get this out of here by the middle of the week. i'll overnight it to you if you want as well. i'm considering all serious offers, so pleae please make me one.

i can assure you that there is nothing wrong with the machine. the repair work that was done on it was purely aesthetical and had nothing to do with any hardware or software deficiencies.
