WTB: Dual OPA627 On Brown Dog Adapter

I'm looking to buy a new Dual OPA627s On Brown Dog Adapter. I'll be using it with a Headsave Go-Vibe on AC power. I'd prefer it new. Give me an offer on what it would cost to make one of these for me. Thanks.
