Woo Audio 3 amplifier/preamplifier in black with all original packaging, with a small assortment of NOS tubes (17 in total, all the NOS tubes tested fine from TubeWorld). Purchased new about a year ago. The amp has no scuffs, scratches or marks, but the feet have been replaced with sorbothane feet (I have the originals if you want them). The amp will ship with a Bizzy-Bee Audio Jellyfish powercord (similar to Volex). I'll include a Herbie's tube damper for the 5998, and some high-temp silicone o-rings for the input 6922's/6BZ7's.
7 GE NOS 6BZ7's (white label, 2 have about 200 hours on them, the rest are NOS/NIB, not used). These sound really darn good, so that's why I stocked up on them...
2 GE NOS 6BZ7/6BQ7A's (green label, never used)
2 Amperex NOS 6DJ8/ECC88's "A-Frame Getter" (orange label, mostly rubbed off, but only about 20 hours on them)
2 Sylvania NOS 6BQ7A/6BZ7's (red label, only used for about 10 hours)
2 Philips JAN 6922's (never used, stock from Woo Audio)
1 GE 6AS7GA (never used, stock from Woo Audio)
1 Tung-Sol JAN 5998 (NOS from 1963, about 250 hours on it).

With the GE input tubes and the Tung-sol 5998 this amp sounds AMAZING with my HD650's, perfect synergy. Truly breathtaking, and painful to let go!
