Nowhere in this listing or thread is it REITERATED that the WOO is MADE right here IN THE UNITED STATES by Jack Woo, who has a staunch following among the head-fi community. The product can be upgraded and serviced without sending it off to a foreign land to await an uncertain result.

Wow, $460 is an incredible price and surprised that it hasn't been snapped up yet

BTW, someone may be able to confirm this, but I believe the amp is also compatible with 220v. You can change from 110v to 220v via a switch at the back of amp
