SOLD: Eddie Current Zana Deux $1650

Well, the proverbial interest check has arrived. Have had the opportunity to bite on a truly rare amplifier that I may never see again in how long, and am not sure if the budget can afford to have two such high quality amps.

There is plenty of info on the Zana Deux here and out there so feel free to research or ask relevant questions on this thread or through PM. It is in immaculate condition, I received it from Eddie Current, set it up, and really never touched it from that point on. The ZD has been the best single ended amplifer I have heard and one of the most versatile ones to boot, as it sounds great with the grados and audiotechnicas but is simply killer and sublime with the sennheiser 600 and 650's, a jack of all trades if there is one. The amp screams custom hi end with its four custom made power supply inductors, polypropelene caps in the power supply, external transformer case, and custom made paper, polypropylene and soybean oil output capacitors. The sound is stellar with such a wide variety of cans that it really can serve as a one and done amplifier to be enjoyed long term.

I have numerous tubes. Pictured you see my favorite 6c33cb's the original svetlana with the C logo, I also have the Y logo ones and stock current russian 6c33cb's as well. 6sl7 I have tung sol 6su7gty, a tronal 6su7gty which is a rebranded tung sol, raytheon and rca vt229. Have the stock rectifiers and an extra one as well.
