FS: Bent Audio Transformer Volume Control passive pre-amp

I'm selling my Bent Audio transformer volume control / passive pre-amplifier:

This unit uses the S&B TX102-MKIII transformers for volume control.

Inputs: 4 RCAs, 2 XLRs
Outputs: 1 RCAs, 1 XLR (only one output is active and is switchable)

I am the second owner: originally bought this from someone on Audiogon.

New, this goes for $2500, I'm asking for $1000 shipped
