Question Wireless Headphones - another request...

I have a need for wireless headphones and have read some of the past comments advising wired over wireless. But for my current need, wireless is the call.

Have been reading about
  • Sony MDR-RF945 or RF975
    Advent AW 770
    Senheiser RS60 or RS80

Need to keep price <$250

I am a long ways from anywhere to listen to headphones, so will have to do my best and then run with it. Have good cord headphones for quality listening, but what are recommendations from the above or comparable.

Thanks,
RBlum

If you absolutely have to have a wireless set of cans, the Sennheiser RS80's have gotten ok reviews both at HeadRoom and at GoodCans. Here are the links:

GoodCans

Good luck.

rblumaz, I have a pair of Sennheiser RS-60 wireless for my dormroom and they work pretty nicely. I can walk up and down my hall with em on and they sound decent. I would probably say something comparable to a pair of grado RS-60's in sound quality plus the addition of marginal to a lot of static. If you are in a setup that you cannot fit wires, then these are perfect, but I would personally recommend getting a pair of wired. I got my RS-60's for $150 shipped.
