In general, I think that's referred to as the "quarter mod," I'm surprised you couldn't find it on search.

Why hasn't anyone put together a full thread of mods for the KSC-75: Kramer, Quarter, etc? I'm probably about to pick up a pair, and I'd love to see a listing like that for my modding pleasure once they arrive.

Well I dont remember exactly... I believe it was either the RadioShack Foamies or the Sennheiser 414's pads. You may wanna try both. You then put a quarter in the middle of the foamie and cut around it. Makes them nice and comfy and having the hole lets all the sound come through as clear as possible. Hope that helps. This is also really popular with the Grado SR60- 225 series. I did the mod on both my sr60 and my sr225 when I had them. I liked the sennheiser 414 pads best.

i had this prob too. I think the default search limit is three months. That kramermod post was about a year ago. All you gotta do is go into search options and expand the time to all posts or posts after, like 1.5 yrs.
