Seriously haha, he seems to be serious about actually refunding me too. I'll still report him to eBay no matter what I told him though :P

Don't accept half. Fakes are worthless. He should refund 100% and accept a video of you smashing them with a sledge hammer, or just let you keep them.

Haha lol! Go for a full refund ofcourse if he does that and report him to ebay afterwards.
Then look for a real headphone...there are better bangs for tha buck
