Default Under $200 US earphones recommendations

I am looking for a pair of earphones (only earphones) that is $200 US or less (preferrably less).

These will connect to a Cowon D2 PMP player. Occasionally, they will connect to a Jolida JD 100 CD player (if I get an adapter plug).

I like the flattest response as possible. Obviously I'm not going to achieve much of that with $200 earphones but I'd like recommendations please.

Thanks.
