Ultrasone Pro2500 New vs. Old
Not sure about this..but from what I understand there's a new version of the Ultrasone Proline2500. Can anyone clarify whether there are any differences between the new and older model? Are the differences only cosmetic?
Thanks

No more loose paint (colored plastic), plus a decent protective case.
Sonics ? I guess they should sound very similar.

I got one of the very first ones, and after owned several pirs, and all were alike, and I never had any problems with the paint, which was the part that had problems, I never heard of that before...

Mine has some paint chipping, but only on one part - which has had the same use as the others - hmmm....

Do a search. This topic has been covered several times now.
As far as I know the changes are merely cosmetical so no changes in sound whatsoever.
You'll get a hardbox with the new version though. The old one just had a soft pouch.
