the L, R, E, S (the ones closest to the crease in the outside moulding) are also too far from the crease, the Lettering also looks a bit bigger.
It's kind of hard to tell because the second pic isn't the best angle, and it looks a little smushed.
good thing you spotted it before you bought it,

The lack of a date code on the cans in the second picture is a give away.
from what I understand, ALL legit e2cs have a date code stamped on the connector.

I guess someone should point out that you are probably referring to this thread you started yesterday (and you should have keep this one in that thread too).
I understand you are just using Headphonic's website for reference, but I hate to see other mistaken them as the one who sent you the picture. I had done some business with them in the past and they are great vendor, not to mention they are official dealer of many brand name headphones in Australia.
