Need better customer service?
After dealing with some of those commonly mentioned sellers in our forums, I'm interested to know if any of you guys have cancelled your orders caused by very bad service from them. In my own experience:
(1) a popular seller who did not bother to get his own paypal or credit card payment account for us to PAY HIM; and
(2) a seller with a very bad habit of not replying to emails (not realising he's halfway across the globe) even when we seriously wanted to BUY his product,
have lost a purchase from my books. How many more did these fellas lose?
Let's send a message for these guys to buck up as we deserve better.....
