LoL, look @ this...
Look @ the shape, it's like a HD580/600/650 rip-off.

I'm wondering what's next.

don't laugh-- somebody designed those things, and I highly doubt it was done in-house by Creative, except for maybe the marketing gimmick of the kitschy decoration. I don't think Sennheiser is such a long shot for the real culprit here. If it is them, maybe it'll be a cheap new way of sourcing new earpads for the 580/600/650.

Upon first gaze, the new Fatal1ty Professional series headset does bear an uncanny resemblance to a certain Sennheiser headphone.

They named the product properly, at least.
It's going to be a "Fatal1ty" to the company.

Someone who won a lot of RPG and FPS contests and apparently a great gamer. But yea, this teen is making a lot of money, besides all those contest money, from putting his own username on merchandise. It's really kind of stupid, just because the product has the username of a good gamer on it doesnt mean it will enable the user to be just as good.

I did play cs (competitively) and still do and even before Head-Fi theres no way I would pick up this piece of trash. Instead I got the Steel Sound 5H, which were then replaced by the HD650s after joining head-fi. (sorry wallet)

Haha, you're certainly entitled to your opinions sir, and I'm glad you are happy with your headset purchase. It just seems that calling a headset a piece of trash before actually listening to it appears a little premature.
