One sealing of drive chambers, addition of earpads, increasing of clamp force, and fashionable ipod white cloth colouring later.

Sounds much better like this than it did as the open air style, I'm pretty proud actually.

There is, perhaps surprisingly, a distinct lack of bass. I put this down to the utterly abominable amp thats being used, but i cannot be bothered to dig around the back of my NAD this late at night.

Ill be taking orders once i get more parts in.

So as you can see... I was dared. And in true 4 year old fashion, I never back down from a dare. So I present to you... the xPlod-1

Fashioned out of 2 xPlod XS-F1620, hockey tape, speaker wire a coat hanger and packing foam.

They are THE latest word in soundstage!

And the pic you ALL want to see....

If I angle them outward like the K1000, they actually sound really good! Weird as heck, but they sound more than half-decent. Up against my head, they sound like uselessness though. Anyone care to beat my attempt?
