JBL Reference 510's broken =[

So I've had these for several months, but now I can't hear anything out of one ear. I'm guessing it's a loose connection. Anyone know how I can go about opening it up?

On a side note, what are your recommendations for durable, maybe portable headphones for around 60 bucks?

You can probably search for k26p instructions, and that should get them open, since the reference 510 is an oem version of an akg headphone based on the k26p.

Sadly they seem to be notoriously fragile. There are always 3 or 4 broken pair of reference 510's on ebay.
