I voted ER4 because that's what I have and I'm curious to know how the klipsch stack up

June 8th? OMG, that's a lot of time! I thought this was going to be inminent.
I guess it's because many people has them or knows them well, so they're a known reference to get an idea of Klipsch's sound. This reminds me of the thread I opened to know which cans would like people to see as comparison term against the reviewed cans, but very few answered and the thread died some days ago.
In the end chose the ones that please you best hahahaha
The comparison IEMs against the Klipsch will be the winner of the poll, which ends on June 8th.
That's pushing it a little far, don't you think?
Also, maybe people voted ETY because that is a big reference IEM. It will be able to show you where Klipsch's faults are easily, where they hold ground with etymotic, and where they excel.
At least that is why I voted for the er4. (not because they look alike or both share a single driver- that is irrelevant).

I find the Triple.fi a better all arounder than ER4. Anyway both ER4 and Triple fi should make for a fun comparison with the Image. Having owned both Ety and UE, I voted for the Triple.fi because I find a war for the first place more interesting and engaging.

Oh I see. I guess the Etymotic is more prevalent than I thought it was.
The reason for the poll ending when it does is because I don't have money to spare for audio purchases until after CanJam '08, but I'll be out of the country most of May. Hence, I'll be ready in June.
Asr how come you put the Westone 3? There are many of us who would love it compared to the current Westone flagship the Westone UM2. I think the UM2 would give the ety's and the triple.fi's a run for their money in that poll
