How long for RMA # from UE? - Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio

Feel free to move this if its in the wrong forum, but how long should I expect it to take to get an RMA number by e-mailing UE?

Is there any faster way of doing it? Should I call them maybe?

It's been about a week and a half and no reply...I miss my headphones =(

That's strange. I've sent my UE's back two times and got the RMA a couple of hours after the RMA request. You should send them another e-mail.

Same here, the turn around is usually quick on that. I agree you should contact them again.

usually responded within a day..sometimes within an hour, I'd try again or call

I've sent them another e-mail, next step is to just call.

Would the turnaround time be any longer if i'm canadian?
