Help! PX200 not working properly!
I purchased a pair of px200's a few months ago and recently something's happened. The sound magnitude on the right headphones is about 50% or that on the left...maybe even less. In essense what this amounts to is a noticable distinction between the left and right... in fact it almost sounds like the right one is off.
Physically, nothing has changed, and I'm not quite ready to take them apart... the problem can be covered up by altering the balance when I play music from my laptop.
Help? If the best choice is to return it for repairs, how would I go about doing that (sennheisser website is not helping)?
