Help with choosing headphones- until 100$
Hi,
I'm looking for a headset for movies, games and music.
the budget is 100$ (~).
I need that the cable will be long. (If there's a good headset wireless it'll be great).
The comfort is very very important!
*I am not audiophile but I love surround!
*If you have recommendations to the other headphones I will be happy to hear
Thanks,
Daniel.

Whats an aodiopil?
Also, voted for AD700s, with the exception of the senn 555 the rest of those headphones are junk.
Also, the A700 is a closed version of the AD700.

I voted for the AD700's because of the soundstage (surround)

It depends on what you want. If you want bass, then go with the closed ones.

Well, headphones can produce a 'suround' sound.
If you have decent headphone already, you could try this sample to understand it:
Amazing Digital Surround Sound - Virtual Barbershop
Its sounds crazy real on my AD700s

yes but there's headphones that do surround better I think (like the G35 that produce a virtual surrond (7.1).

That's all marketing fluff ime. I've tried a few surround headsets but the surround sounded fake to me. I don't remember what I used though. I didn't bother to check.

Exactly. That's the reason no one has voted for them, they are junk.
If you really really want something like that you might wanna look into that realizer thing that was at canjam, can't remember the full name of it though.

That SVS contraption costs a good couple thousand though. They do come with a Stax 2050 system though.
You do need speakers for that too right? Fwiu, that just emulates the headphone sound into the speakers.

Looks like the Audio Technica wins hands down - what about the ATH-ESW9 ?
