I have now placed several different orders with HR and the company is just great. I even made a mistake in picking options for one of the packages and their Sales Associate Josh got everything straightened out for me with no hassle at all. With all of the places I have ordered from over the years, I have never had better customer service and interacted with a more knowledgeable sales staff.

ha, no I have all of the amp I can handle at this point, just thought people should know there is a company out there that cares about its customers. We do a lot of complaining when companies screw us, but you don't hear enough about when companies help their customers out.
