Headphones for PC usage up to $60

I want to buy headphones to connect to my pc sound card.
Their main usage will be for internet browsing.
Basic requirements:
- very light
- not ear canal
- preferably open
- does not require an amp

The most popular headphones in that category would most likely be the Koss KSC-35 and the Sennheiser PX100. A little higher on the price scale are the Sennheiser HD497 and Grado SR-60.
