Great Customer Service AGAIN from UE! - Head-Fi: Covering Headphones, Earphones and Portable Audio

Listen to this!

My faceplates on my UE-10's started to lift slightly so I put off sending them because I LOVE them sooooooooooo much.

Anyway sent them 2 day shipping on 5/24/2007. I talked to Jeanette today and she said they would be shipping my fixed UE-10's on Monday 06/01/2007.

Thats eight days total and Monday was a Holiday so they didnt even get them till Tuesday. 6 Days for UE to turnaround my IEMS with a Weekend mixed as well. So I give em credit for a 4 Day turnaround!

JAYS are almost as good, they only used 8 days incl a weekend to exchange my IEM..

Sensaphonics take me two weeks and I am like 8min drive from them..
