Oh no I missed out on free bowls. Could've used a set for my incoming MS-1s. Anyway congrats on the HP-1s! How do they sound?

First Impression is Balanced! i need some flats as was stated by most who have more experience here. Anybody want to trade a pair of new flats for a Grado adapter and Extension cable?

Nice acquisition.

Those are nice - congrats on getting a pair! The bowls are enough to get you a taste of the sound, but the flats really improve the sound.

What are you driving them with?

im calling TTVJ for the flats today. yes the cable is the same as Clonys. It's the latest one Joseph Grado made for the HPs and the one that I believe even Clony mentioned Joe Grado considered an upgrade to the Ultras. The box is pretty much new and as you can see comes with a little manual. It took a little abuse during delivery but still looks great. Im very happy and as one here knows lucky that i didn't drop a small fortune on them. No more headphone shopping for me for a while!!!!!!! except for the HPs on Audiogon of course

Never imagined them feeling so heavy, but i do think they are comfortable....
