Now that's interesting. I had both the t25 and the 220, and found the opposite, although it was close. The OVC had lush mids and quick response but were rolled off on both bass and treble, while the JBL were more distant and sucked out on the mids, but just did a better job covering the full spectrum, so out went the OVC. Moreover, the JBL sound really filled out with a portable amp, while the OVC didn't really gain from it. Now I've switched to a pair of im716, which are certainly superior to both of the others, but frustrating in their own way.
