Default Ever send phones back to Shure for repair/replacement?

Grr, my E3c's right channel is really soft for no apparent reason (doesn't sound muffled or anything, just quiet compared to the left channel) and it drives me nuts listening to them now.

Has anyone sent a pair of Shure canal phones in for repair / replacement? How fast is their turn around time? I guess I'm just wondering how long I'm going to be without phones, and whether I want to get something to listen to in the mean time.
