Earphone Solutions Site New Look
Earphone Solutions has updated their website (nice). Also has a new exclusive Super.fi 5Pro in RED, and has ranked the V-Moda Vibe (7th) ahead of Etymotic.
Flavio T. Love the new look of the site.

way better now. I thought the old design was very messy, and looked unprofessional.

Thanks Spyro!
That review was made by our Head-Fier friend Wakeride74.
I really enjoy his posts here. Great writter!
Any comments on general design and things that would improve the navigation will be greatly appreciated! Also things that we don't have and you would like to see us offer as far as anything: reviews, guides, products, how-tos, etc.
Thank you,
Flavio

Yeah, in terms of navigation, the shop by category section really makes very little sense. You've got all sorts of options mixed in there: brands, usage, "earphones by groups" (which I don't even understand... isn't this page just that list? it seems a little redundant), and accessories. Maybe something like this would be more streamlined?
All Earphones

That way, most of the links could take you straight to the products. Only one, "earphones by brand," would really need a subpage.
I also think the "more information" segment could be broken down into multiple segments, as there's a lot of unrelated stuff in there. Reviews, testimonials, and the community thing could are all related and don't really belong in the same list as the about pages (your shipping, returns, and price-matching policies... your company philosophy stuff... etc.)
Aside from that organizational stuff, I really love what you've done with the site. Less advertising, MUCH cleaner product pages. It all looks much slicker. Nice work.
The only other comment I have is that you should lower the price of the red super.fi 5, and do it quickly while I'm still tempted to buy one.

Hi Flavio,
I would like to offer some feedback on your website.
First, I want to say that it's about frakking time that you updated the look! I'm so happy for you and your store! Nice job and MUCH improved. Good work!
I recently bought UM-1's from you and the info on your site made a huge difference.
Here are some comments from the little I've seen so far:
1) You desperately need better pictures of some of your products. THe UM-1's look very blah in the picture.
I noticed the picture of the whole package on the description tab, but take some more flattering pictures of it. Show a photo of what it looks like in someones ear. From the only existing picture, it looks like an old man's hearing aid. Show it connected to a sexy ipod nano or something. A lot of prospective buyers want to really see what they're going to get when they purchase this thing based on "people's opinions" and there isn't much to satisfy the prospective buyer.
Show a close up of the packaging. Show a close up of the case it comes with, etc.
2) The user reviews have disappeared from the website, and I think they weren't functionin for a while on the old site either. Get those back! they make a big difference to people trying to learn about a product.
That's all I can think of for now.
Again, good job, and I like the new site much better!
Much success,
-Mark

At Earphone Solutions we like the black E2G the best of the E2s models.
The cables on the E2G and E2C-N Black (they are both the same exact earphones) are 5 inches shorter than the E2C clear. I prefer them with the shorter cables because it's less to deal with and still enough to reach my iPod which is on my waste.
The sound of its direct competitor, the UE's 3STUDIO, is better but the fit and comfort with the E2G fits me better than the 3STUDIO which has a different approach to the fitting. Some of our customers prefer the fitting of the 3STUDIO.

rhythmicmoose,
Thank you so much for this feedback. We will change that left nav bar based on your suggestion (according to the programmer it may take a while - Xmas rush for developers )
As for the 5Pro Red , you may take $10 off by typing on the comments field when you are checking out: "$10 OFF per Flavio, Code RED888". We will adjust it for you after receiving the order and before charging your card.
Thank you!!
