Default Difference in UE Super Fi 3 and 5/EB Cable?

I very recently bought the superfi 3's. I thought they were OK, but not better than my V Moda Vibes. The comfort and highs might have been a little better, but there was no bass to speak of, even after burn in. Anyway, I am going to buy the superfi 5 EB's I believe, and I was just wondering if there was any difference sound quality (or any other) wise in the cables. I plan on swithcing the super fi 3's black cable with the ugly clear cable of the 5EB. If they are the same basic cable I will of course switch them, but if the 5EB cable is better I guess I will leave it on.

The cables are the same. Notice how UE only sells one type (three colors) of cable on their website.
