Denon AH-C700 or Denon AH-C751K?

Someone broke into my car and stole my Denon Ah-C700. I noticed there is a new, more expensive Denon 751. Anyone know anything about them? How do they differ? Are they worth the extra money?

It has been stated in the Official AH-C700 thread that the C700 and C751 are actually the same earphones; the C751 just comes with additional accessories.

Also the 751 has a short cord an an extension cord; great if you like to carry your player around the neck, not so great if you carry the player in the pocket, then you need the extension cord and the extra plugs add weight.
Personally, since there seem to be no sounddifferences, I would go for the 700, it can be bought much cheaper then the 751 at f.i. Bluetin or Amazon (if you live in the US).
