The reverse-duck pad looks like an option too.
On a more seroius note  ... you probably could do this with any round piece of foam... COOL!!

That is absolutely brilliant! Actually, I may consider mocking up some of these pads for my SR225 for my girl's niece. She goes nuts for music and dances for hours on end (she's only 1 and a half!).
