I will post pictures once I find some time.
Yes I had the same issues and had mine re-done a while ago. Since they have the actual moulds for each of us it's not such a big job just to produce a fresh set - it's not as if they are remaking moulds from our impressions.

I did get a very quick turn around so am still well satisfied with my T2 (and boy were they missed that week).

I picked up mine on Friday from Audio Relief, and gues who was there....Andy himself, he actually drove down and hand delivered it. He basically did not want me to wait any longer than i had to due to the postal strike, i'm soo happy with the service.

He mentioned two changes to the new set. First was the improved sheeth and then the improved plug.

The set sounds awesome and i hightly recommend it to everyone, in europe, the customer service is great.

Congrats and superb service from Andy! You got art on yours! How much was that?

What changes were made to the plug? I just had mine completely remade and the plug looks the same (iirc). The sheath was a nice improvement.

For reference purposes, a picture of the sheath:

Sorry for my poor enlish, but what is sheeth ? Is it the plastic thing/cover coming out of earpiece ?

If so, then I also have it on my T2, but seem to have the same plus as you milkpowder.

SpaceMonkey, cograts, welcome to the club and could you please make a better photo / closeup of the plug ? Thanks.

Yes, the sheath is the plastic cover coming out of the earpiece.

The previous version didn't have it. See below:

And the plug, which is exactly the same as the previous version (IMO anyway):

I think all three of us have the newest incarnation.

I believe it's an option. When ordering mine I remember Andy asking me wether I want standard plug or a Neutrik one.

Andy said the new plug is from the T2 Pro. The art was free, however not that great quality, but then again it was a complicated picture.
