my guess would be they have not shipped out yet. i think the people in #290-300 receiving shipping notifications last week. and headamp website says the estimated ship-out date for #300-400 is may 1-15. doesnt headamp ship out picos at the end of weeks?
i dont know how justin will manage to pump out and ship 100 picos in 2 weeks but if he says he will, i guess he will. hopefully!!
time always goes slower when i'm waiting for goodies.
