I can't imagine he is building each one of these boards by hand.  But I'm sure he is installing the board inside each enclosure though, and preparing the packages for shipping.

Half if not more of posts here are not orders. Starting at about page 5-6 we started discussing Pico. So I'd say its closer to 100 orders, still pretty good.

Not a problem, all of the DC adapters are universal (90-264V)

Something tells me that the DAC in the Pico will be better than the one in your Headroom. Unless you have the Max DAC module, in which case it might be a toss up. But of course, that's just speculation based on reviews here. I've never heard either.
