If you regularly import stuff from the US then it pays to have an account at Access USA - The Leader In Package Forwarding

You have the stuff shipped to a US address they create for you. When they ship it they by law only have to declare the wholesale value of your goods (i.e. about 50% of the retail value). This means when you get hit for import tax you only take half the hit.

I am sure there's a loop hole some where.
The chineese are good at figuring out loop holes,thank goodness.LOL
