I emailed you a while back, but as far as I can tell I never got on the list. But that's cool. I'm not in a big hurry, as I won't have funds until mid-February.

I'd like a black Pico with clear panels, with DAC, and a 3 foot usb cable.

And even if it was sent as a "gift", he would still have to pay import duty and VAT. Only "gifts" less that 34 pounds in value are exempt from import duty. It's illegal to under-declare, full-stop, yet there are very good reasons to do so anyway at your own risk.
