The logo was designed and drawn by me. It was drawn with the intent of leaving the idea of what exactly it is open to interpretation. I wanted something very original as that is the entire concept and basis of my company.

I actually have a special cables designed specifically for portable headphones as you see with the KSC35, EW9, and others on my site.

I am reworking the products page to incorporate cable details and prices directly onto the site that way it is easier for both my customers and myself.

Thanks,
Alex

the new cable looks great. i'm sure they sound wonderful as well, just like all your other cables. love the logo too

one question. are you going to offer different types of XLR connectors for balanced headphones other than neutrik - such as, vampire, xhadow, or furutech.

I would be more then happy to use any 1/4in, 1/8in, or XLR connector that is not the standard connectors that I use. There will be an additional cost of whatever the connectors cost + shipping, but I will not charge anything extra on top of that for using custom connectors.

Thanks,
Alex

Congrats Alex! I will also recommend Alex for amp mods / repair, and know first hand he is very familiar with STAX and the Blue Hawaii, as well as Milletts / SOHA / M³... oh, and the occasional Zap Filter / source mod.

Balanced v3 order incoming... well, once I get some dynamic phones.

The heatshrink can go on a few possible different places depending on what termination type is going to be used on the cable. There are very many different terminations available.

The V2 cable was high grade silver plated copper wire. The V3 is not a plating. The construction of the wire is different so it is no longer a plating. This concept took around 2 years to design and months to be manufactured. In the end it was all very well worth it!

You are partly correct, but it is no longer a plating. There is in fact a lot more silver then copper in the V3, but so was the V2. I called the V2 wire silver plated copper because the idea of how the cable is constructed was familiar by many audiophiles and it was a plating.

Alex, a while ago you mentioned on this board that silver core cables are not good for headphone applications from durability perspective. How does your new design address fragile nature of the silver?
Thanks.
