I'd take a wild guess that this $529 price won't last too long... buy and keep 'em sealed if nothing else :k1000:

I just sold my used pair of the K1000 for about 410 bucks. I love the sound but comfort issue is real big on the K1000s. I envy those that don't find K1000 uncomfortable.

Babies grow up. Buy now - listen later.

And if you don't like them, you can sell them to me when my baby stops screaming. :veryevil:

I received my K1000's on Friday. WOW, so far I've been blown away by the sound of these babies - and at this price they were an absolute steal. Hope lots of you guys got in on this amazing deal!

Now I've gotta look into a better amp and cable for these cans (my CD player is good enough, thanks to Todd )...

Why not use the Dynahi   It will power the K1000 better than T-amp.

It is not portable

My portable setup = T-Amp + K1000 + Sony DEJ2000

LOL

k1000 came in today. Waiting on an adapter from Larry now. I am the only one that finds the presentation of these cans amazing? The wooden box is beautiful and the manual is a novel.lol I don't find them overly uncomfortable, but they aren't pillows either. I can't wait to hear them!!
