RULES:
1) A shower is mandatory, no excuses, the morning of the meet. This minimizes dandruff, head-grease, and other whatever that might be swapped during the meet.
2) You can't hog the whole table. A maximum amount of linear feet will be allocated to each person, and when you arrive, you can simply find a neighbor with less stuff than you and use their space if you have a lot of stuff!
Advice #1: Label your stuff. Is your stuff in danger of being stolen? No, but if you have a popular item, someone else is going to bring the same thing and putting a piece of masking tape on your gear ensures that you're not going to accidentally switch stuff with someone else.
Advice #2: Bring power supplies, power strips, and extension cords since power will be unpredictable.
Advice #3: Bring photography equipment if you want to. Everyone loves pictures!

*** Do not confuse our hotel with the Hanover Marriott, a larger hotel on the same road. We are at the COURTYARD Hanover Whippany, which is on the East Hanover / Whippany border.
*** I will be there at 9 a.m. (we have the room at 9) to let people in and help set up. If you don't want to bring your gear thru the lobby, go to the side fire door on the EAST side of the building (the traffic is flowing East on the side of Rt 10 we are on, so East is RIGHT as you face the road, LEFT as you face the hotel) and we will have that open -- the room is right next to the side door.
*** I will have heavy duty extension cords and plug strips, lots of them. Power supplies you're on your own, of course.
*** Jersey Boy bagels will be there for the early birds. I will smuggle those in. The hotel is picky about bringing in food, so just bring a cup of coffee and/or water bottle, etc. No coolers (keep 'em in your car -- park on the East side and you can easily retrieve what you need).
*** We have to start to arrange car pools from the train station, West Orange or Chatham for our NYC friends. I will be opening up the room so I can't do a car pool.
