I'll have my Eddie Current HD2, Senn 650s balanced and my RS1s not sure on the source yet probably the Kora Hermes dac.
Looks like a good turn out already I'll up date the first post tomorrow with a running list of headphones, sources and amps. Now to find a good live show that night we can enjoy.
I'm definitely interested in coming, so unless something urgent comes up, I'll be there with as many DIY amps as I can carry, hopefully my Beta22 will be done
Oh I am so definitely flying in for this, count me in for the hotel-staying group! Would Friday and Saturday nights both be included for the group rate? No idea currently what I'd bring, I'll get an idea next week.
Geez, with all the travel I've been doing recently and coming up, my wallet is being decimated more than from audio equipment...
OMG... this is shaping up to be amazing. I live in the bay area, but is it possible that some bay area people would want to make this a multi-day event and stay at the hotel?
count me in.
I should be able to bring both my home and office rigs:
Sources: Toshiba HD-XA1, Onix XCD-88, Opera DAC
Amps: WA3, Corda Opera
Cans: AKG K340, K701

I am sure the meet will be amazing but it is not very practical to make a two-day meet out of it given the cost of the meeting room. JP#s is personally on the hook for that cost, so people need to be ready to pitch in. We will also see about raffling some stuff if we need to incentivize donations.
There's nothing stopping people from having mini-meets in hotel rooms or getting together elsewhere on Sunday, but a full-on two-day meet was not the intention here.
Glad to see so many of the Bay Area faithful signing up for this one!
