It's On!!! Orlando, FL Area "mini-meet" - August 16th!

Hey guy's, anyone in the Orlando, FL vicinity, up for a "mini-meet". As of now, the date is almost concrete. It will be a Saturday, August, 16th, in the afternoon.

I just contacted Embassy, and they have an Executive Suite for $152 after taxes, which sleeps up to four. It has two doubles, a small sitting/eating area, and a single 10 foot table. We ARE allowed to bring smaller tables and add them in addition to the ones in the room. This is perfect for those who are making a drive, and need a place to stay.

It does have:

lots of outlets
a sleeper sofa
two beds
10' table
mini kitchen (small refridge, microwave, coffee)
it will sleep up to 5


Price per person: $25 This includes some snacks, a little beer, and soda. If you want something specific, please let me know. Or if you have special needs (ie. diabetic) and need Diet Soda or something.. just PM me.

Is everyone ok with paying $25-$35 for the host, plus drinks/food? Maybe if we do it in the late morning, we can all go to a restaurant for early dinner, if it's not at my place.

PLEASE PM me acknowledging you see the involved costs. It is also cheaper as the more people we have, however the most we can have is 11 people at either vicinity.

Dom, if you attend and bring your Zhaolu 2.5 I could be talked into bringing my Oritek V4.1.
