Does anyone have an 0404 or similarly priced DAC we can compare against my Keces?
Might be an interesting comparison.

I do, but I'm unsure if I can make it to this one......though I would love to. I've been to Skylab's place to pick up a a sub x-over a few years ago, and he really has a great room in a beautiful home!

I would like to say I'm tentative, I may have to travel for work (as is usually the case...)
If I can go, I will bring my CKKIII and my Millett Max, my DT-770s, and possible another set of headphones or iems (either HD-600s, 650s, or er4p... loved them at the last meet) if I buy them between now and then. I can bring my PS1 if anyone wants to hear it and an SVDAC04-U and if we need a source for that dac, I will bring my laptop. I had that dac at the last meet, but didn't have a source to connect to it, so if anyone has anything they would like to pair it wth, I would be glad to bring it... Also, if I haven't sold/traded my Pimeta, I will bring that too.

If I can make it, I will bring my E-MU 0404. This just gives me more of a reason to get my butt back home that weekend  .

I pulled some strings with my parents, but I will be there.
xnothingpoetic - I'll bring my E-MU 0404 along with my Heartland RCA's, adapters, etc (RCA's were purchased from Rob/Skylab coincidentally).
intoflatlines - If you can make it, I'll gladly let you a/b with my Wenge SR225's.

Hey, I am at Xavier in Cincinnati. I love Chicago and would be willing to take the bus up that way. I just need to know if a chicago native could pick me up from the station and take me back afterwards.

Well, I am working on a purchase of HD-600s so I will be bringing those also, if all goes well. Should pair nicely with the Millett I will start building when I get back home tomorrow. Still might get some er4p's, if anyone wants to trade for a Pimeta.
