My wife's plans for that week that had fallen apart, came back together, so I won't be making it. I'll be on a plane to Wisconsin

Ok, I just booked the meeting room, 9am - 6pm. Plus I'll have a suite in the hotel, where the speakers will be set up and the party the night before will be . I have the 2 br + sofa bed, if anyone is looking for room space and wants to split it with me. I'll reserve a 1 br too just in case, and cancel whichever one I don't need.

Party? Did anyone say something about a party...? Any details or is it a general brawl?
I might be interested in coming up early to have a chance to meet, greet, and tell tall tales before the meet. Since I am over 90miles away - I would be interested in splitting overnight room space & $.
Anyway - I do plan on bringing up at least one Millet Max, HD580 phones, Tosh SD-3950 Modd, IPOD 5.5 Video, Sony SACD player (CE775 or DVP500) and some CD & SACD selctions for music content.
Unfortunately, the Modd HD841 I was planning on bringing appears to be heading south needing impending replacement.
Of course I will kick in the donation bowl to help defray the Meet Space costs

Well, I booked my room. I'm only bringing a couple headphones, since that's all I want to travel with on the plane, and a pico, but put me down for stock HF1s, and O2 MK1s. It will be nice to compare them to the MKIIs. My ESW9s are already visiting DC and so should make an appearance. Maybe Yuin PK1s if I can find them. Suppose I'll also have an ipod and/or a MacBook Pro as a sources.

Hey guys, I would really like to come to this meet from CA, but I need info about possible sleeping arrangements. i.e., if I could split a room, sleep on the floor, etc., I'd like to know. Thanks, PM if you have any ideas.

I'd bet we can work something out. Lots of out of towners coming. Hotel's pretty reasonable, too. $99 for a single.

Ya, rooms are very reasonable. So I'm going to look for a flight right now. I'm working on Friday until 4pm, so it's possible that I'd be able to come on Friday. But when is most of the "action" going to be? Like, are the out of towners staying through Saturday?

So maybe I could fly in late Friday, stay up all night, then get a room for the second night.
Oh, and I'd fly into Dulles, ya?
