Zu also offers good deals on the Pivot on ebay. They are remarkably accommodating on modifying what you purchase with the termination options of your choice, even if you (ahem) change your mind several times before they ship.

Blue Jeans Cables. I get all my interconnects from them. It's all sub $30 (depending on length) and all durable, nice stuff.
