Right Angled 1/8" Adapter?

I was wondering if anyone made a right angled 1/8" female to 1/8" male adapter (not cable). I have an Echo Indigo DJ on the way, and the output jacks are on the side instead of straight out like my Audigy ZS. So the way my desk/setup is positioned, I kinda need a connector so I don't have to buy new rt angled cables.

The only one I found was one by Hosa which was made of plastic. I was wondering if anyone knew any made of solid metal or maybe of higher quality.
