Default need to make a cable, 2x rca male to 3.5mm headphone female.

I have all the parts, I just dont know which wires to conect where, can anyone help please?

Edit: I need to make something like this, I would order it, but I need it tomorow, so I just cut up my existing cables.

whats what? I dont know where I put the left channel +/- and rightchannel +/- on the female 3.5mm headphone jack, since there is only 3 sections.

+L goes to the tip of the 1/8" jack
+R goes to the ring (middle section)
-L and -R go to the sleeve (innermost section)
