Default Moon-Audio (Drew Baird)

What is your experience with the service of Moon-Audio in delivering the cables you have ordered within a reasonable time after payment?

I have ordered some black dragon headphone cables.

In my experience with Drew he was extremely prompt with really quick turnaround. If you are experiencing any delays, I'm sure he has a good reason and will communicate it to you directly.

Nothing but good things to say about Drew. Service has always been good and he's been helpful even when it was asking about something that he ended up not being able to get for me.

Default I have had no problems at all

I am just one of those nervous nellies and I appreciate your comments, since a lot of headphone information is by word of mouth.

I'd say my experience was pretty fast. It seemed long until I got the package the same day I was wondering when it would ship

May have been just that one time, but telling me it had shipped 10 days earlier would made more sense

Drew was very fast once he actually got my check. Something happened to it on the way to him. (not his fault at all).

Drew is class all the way and he makes a very nice product. He returns my emails very fast too.

Drew is a very good vendor, only delay I've experienced when ordering from him was a couple years ago when his cable molder screwed up an entire shipment and it had to be redone from scratch. He handled it well though and made sure I was informed all the way about what was happening.

I've bought some connectors and adaptors from Drew in the past and I've had no problems with him. Also, he has always returned my e-mails in a very timely fashion.

I'm ordering several items from Drew. He's kept me up to date on production status of my items...so no complaints from me.

Yeah, those be some HD600s. I love them.

Drew makes kick ass cables and seems to be recabling a lot of cans lately. Loved the BD'ed K701s.

Just to gild the lily a bit more . . .

My transaction with Drew went off flawlessly. He's a very prompt communicator.

Prompt delivery, very good buying experience.

Abysmal and patronising aftercare, silly excuses (of doubtful veracity), reasonably methodical but ultimately a fairly poor construction standard. Who knows, perhaps I just got the Friday Afternoon treatment.

Unlikely to order again. My first genuinely bad experience with anyone related to Head-Fi. This cloud did have a silver lining. It did encourage me to find guys who could build cables closer to home who actually knew what they were doing.
