Moon Audio Down?
Has anyone emailed Moon Audio lately about the Silver Dragons for the Sennheiser? I emailed them about half a week ago and I still havent gotten an answer. For those who has recieved a reply, how long did it take for Moon Audio to get back to you?

Drew has been very good about returning emails. I orded my Silver Dragons back in January and just received them on Saturday. However, I have emailed him once a week, EVERY week since that time. Each time, he has given me an update on the fabrication process and the problem he had with the molders.
However, he doesn't always check his email on the weekends, but he will definitely do so on Monday in my experience. I should know since I've probably sent him close to 20 emails

Drew has always been prompt about returning e-mails, I think it's just the weekend.

You can send another message, he may have forget to respond or could be on vacation or something. He was very good at getting back to me, and I bought from him three different times. Sometimes it took a few days and sometimes only about a minute!

I have emailed back and forth with Drew 2 times in the last 2 days... so he's definitely not on vacation!

You can always call Drew.
I just got off the phone with him regarding the silverdragon, and he is a very easy man to work with.
He said that for the next batch of cables, that he can cover it with black techflex rather than red!
Oh Joy!

I'd be willing to bet it's something like that. I had a horrible time trying to contact Grover at his Hotmail address a couple of weeks ago. I suspect that Hotmail's newest spam blocking mechanisms were diverting my e-mails into the junk mail folder.
It's possible that Drew's e-mails are being sent there, too. Maybe set up a rule/filter to make sure that his e-mails go to the Inbox in the future.

Call Me....
I have replied to all of your emails, something is obviously wrong with your email . And yes I can do what you asked. Please just call me, and if I dont answer it is because I'm in a cell phone signal black hole from 7am to 5pm. Make sure to leave your number and I will call you back. Or just call after 5:30pm
Thanx

I have found Drew to be extremely responsive. We traded a series of emails to narrow in on what I wanted, and Drew even called me!
I did order and receive a Silver Dragon for my HD-650's; am currently ampless, so don't ask what it sounds like. I had wanted black, but did not want to wait 6 weeks, so I took the red. The actual red of the cable is not as vibrant as it appears on the moon audio website... I'm starting to like it!
