M-Audio BX8a Deluxe Monitors
I've been using a pair of these for about a month now and I just have to say they are freakin' fantastic for anybody that is looking for monitor speakers. Got them at guitar center for $450 (donno if thats a good price or not)
I have been contemplating the use of a subwoofer with them. They really don't need it, as they have very nice bass already, and they shake things even with monitor isolator pads underneath them. But, I'm greedy and I love bass. I was thinking of the matching M-Audio BX10s subwoofer. You can plug the BX8a's into it, and it has a pedal you step on whether you want the subwoofer on or off.
Has anyone used it? Is it worth the $500? Is there something better for the money? Thanks
