I need new batteries for my brother's ipod. they go for under 10 bucks at ebay, but then there's this

I would think batteries off eBay would be a bit of a crap shoot... bad quality, old stock (lithium ions have a shelf life)... either of the two links above are reputable... I guess ya pay your money and take your chances.

that site is good, ipodjuice. i got burned on ebay and found ipj and my battery still works great and that was more than two years ago.

ipodbatterydepot.com is also excellent. I purchased one a few weeks ago. It had by far the highest capacity, came with the tools to replace it, and cost the least. There are also coupon codes to knock off $3-5, which makes it the best option IMHO.
